What's the difference between nightly and weekly rates?
Weekly stays (7+ nights) receive a discounted rate compared to nightly bookings. The longer you stay, the more you save. Check our booking system for current rates.
Why do I need to call for monthly bookings?
Monthly stays are our most popular option, and we like to personally welcome each long-term resident. A quick call helps us match you with the perfect site and answer any questions about community living.
What utilities are included?
All stays include electric (50/30 amp), water, sewer, powerful Wi-Fi, and access to all amenities. For monthly residents, all utilities are bundled into the monthly rate.
Can I extend my stay?
Absolutely! Notify the office before 11:00 AM on your check-out day. If space is available, we're happy to extend your reservation or help you upgrade to a longer stay option.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We're pet-friendly with multiple dedicated dog parks on-site. Pets must be leashed outside your RV and may not disturb other guests or residents.
What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your reservation or no-shows will not receive a refund. There are no refunds for early departures or unfavorable weather. Call (405) 577-6040 to cancel or make changes.
